The apartments are fully furnished = minimum equipment for holidays with: 

• one double or two single beds per bedroom
• Internet (broadband, via cable or WiFi)
• cable TV
• Kitchen - separate room, or cooking area (with an open atmosphere to the living room or American kitchen (= not a separate room)).
• Bathroom - toilet, shower, sink (The shower is normally operated with a gas boiler, otherwise electric)
• 24 hour doorman, elevator
• Apartment size = Living area + number of bedrooms
• Studio / Conjugado = no separate bedroom
• Zona Sul of Rio de Janeiro = Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Leme
